EVALUATION SERVICES​

Victoria Dougherty Consulting coaches and trains non­profit and foundation staff on how to plan, conduct, and utilize evaluations. Through discrete sessions or longer engagements, we build the capacity of your organization to conduct evaluations internally or be a more informed consumer of external evaluation. Training can be provided through in­ person, group, or individual sessions or via Webinars.
