Evaluation training and coaching

Victoria Dougherty Consulting coaches and trains non­profit and foundation staff on how to plan, conduct and utilize evaluations. Through discrete sessions or longer engagements, we build the capacity of your organization to conduct evaluations internally or be a more informed consumer of external evaluations. Training can be provided through in­person, group or individual sessions or via Webinars.
